Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY
Raising Refund Requests:
To raise a payment refund please write to us at info@omfinti.com. Mention the following details:
1. Name
2. Email
3. Date payment was made
4. Amount
5. Mode of Payment in Omfiniti payment gateway (PayPal, Razorpay, UPI, credit/debit card etc).
6. Submit payment completed notifications that you may have received from Omfinti or payment gateway vendor (Paypal, Razorpay, UPI vendor, credit/debit car company etc).
Refund eligibility:
You are only eligible to raise a refund request if you have:
1. Paid for a simulation and received a successful payment notification from the payment gateway vendor (either through PayPal or UPI payment etc).2. For us to process your refund request, we will check your refund eligibility for which you will need to share the payment completed notification from vendor that you received at time of making a payment.
a. If you have indeed made a payment, we will process your request to make a decision.
b. If you have not made a payment, we will void out your refund request
Refund Processing and Decision-making:
Once you raise we will contact you and ascertain the following:
1. Reason for requesting refund: Reason for requesting refund Omfiniti decision Not happy with simulation (for whatever reason). No refunds will be issued. You are requested to provide feedback at info@omfniti.com Paid but computer crashed at some point between making a payment and completing the paid simulation. No refund will be issued. You are requested to re-login and follow instructions to proceed from wherever you left your simulation. We will request you to provide all details received from your payment gateway option. After we receive the information, we will check with our records to determine if genuine errors has been made in payment gateway options. If yes, then we will retain payment for a single simulation and refund the excess. If not, then no refunds will be issued. Duplicate payments are defined as payment made for same simulation on same day, same time but payment gateway charged you more than once. Any other situation We will discuss and resolution will be at discretion of Omfiniti.
2. Computing refund amount: Depending on the situation ascertained above, Omfiniti will compute how much refund amount is owed. For eg: if you paid Rs 200 or USD 10 of which Rs 80 or USD 4 is the simulation charge and remaining is overcharged/duplicate charge then we will compute the refund as Rs 200 – Rs 80 = Refund amount of Rs 120. Similarly we will compute USD 10 – USD 4 = Refund Amount USD 6.
3. Once the amount is computed a refund order will be initiated with the payment gateway.
4. Whichever payment gateway option you have used (Paypal, Razorpay, UPI , credit/debit card etc) your refunds will be reversed using same gateway.
5. Response time:
a. All refund requests will be reviewed for data completion within 10 business days of receiving the refund request.
b. If all documentation is complete, then a decision will be made within 5 business days of receiving complete data documentation. If data is incomplete then Omfinti will extend the decision timeline by the same amount of time it takes for respondent to submit outstanding data.
c. Once decision is made, the refund request will be initiated with payment gateway for reversal of computed amount within 5 business days.
d. Payment gateway may take a few business days to process the refund request. Payment gateway may also charge fees to reverse payment that will be deducted from computed amount.
